OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi. I have just  purchased an OfficeJet 7740. The A3 drawer will not shut.  There is no cardboard blocking it and the A4 tray is fine. I have tried contacting HP (no reply to my Whatsapp message to HP and their Bot did not understand my question. Any suggestions please?

Keep in mind that when you load A3 paper the tray may protrude out the front of the printer, like it is not seated.
