OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-In-One

Brand new (just got in yesterday) HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-In-One. MacBook Pro 15" (2020) running macOS 11.1 Big Sur. Trying to print on 110lb card stock. Printer recognizes it as "Plain paper, thick". No matter what setting I choose for media on my mac, printer only prints the bottom 1.5" to 2" of the document on to the top of the paper. Has no problem printing same document to regular copy/printer paper.

@misschrys

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues printing on the card stocks.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Have you tried printing on less thick card stock?

Meanwhile, I recommend you refer to the paper handling section from the below link to know the supported card types on the printer.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
