HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

I am using my OfficeJet Pro 8710 to print signs I made in the landscape orientation on MS 365 (Version : 18.2411.1091.0) Office Word.  I changed my printer settings to "Plain Paper, Thick."  I use a wireless connection to my HP Envy desktop.    It still prints off-center, cutting off the right side of the print job.  If I place a page on the scanning glass and copy to a piece of cardstock or regular plain paper, it works fine.  It also works fine if I print the signs remotely onto a piece of regular plain paper.  It only prints off-center when I'm printing remotely onto cardstock.

Scanning glass onto plain paper = OK.

Scanning glass onto cardstock = OK.

Remotely onto plain paper = OK.

Remotely onto cardstock = off-center (even with preferences changed to thick plain paper).

I also have a greeting card program that I use to print cards onto cardstock and it works fine with that program.

Right now, the only way I can print my signs on cardstock is to print them first on plain paper (either remotely or on the scanning glass), then put that copy on the scanning glass to print onto the cardstock.  That's a waste of time, paper, ink, and wear & tear on the printer.

I've tried searching for solutions, but haven't been able to find one yet that addresses this particular problem.
