Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I am getting a document feeder error that I cannot clear. There is no physical jam. I have looked multiple times for jammed paper (there is none), restarted the device, unplugged the device. Can you help? Please?

Since I originally posted this, I figured out how to do a factory reset but the problem persists. Please help!
