HP Ink Tank Wireless 415

Hi everyone!
I came across error that has not been described in any support page. I'm getting all lights blinking and E showing, but without an error code.
Any ideas?

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer using the Power button.
  2. Unplug the power cord from both the printer and the wall socket.
  3. Wait 2-3 minutes.
  4. Reconnect the power cable and turn the printer on.

Check for Paper Jam

  1. Open the rear access door and front cover.
  2. Remove any jammed paper gently.
  3. Close all covers securely.

Check Ink Levels

  1. Ensure that the ink tanks have sufficient ink.
  2. If the ink levels are low, refill the ink tanks properly.

Check the Printhead Installation

  1. Open the printer lid.
  2. Check if the printheads are installed correctly.
  3. Remove and reseat them if necessary.

Reset the Printer

  1. With the printer turned on, unplug the power cable.
  2. Wait for 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cable and turn the printer back on.

Run Printer Diagnostic

  1. Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Information (i) buttons simultaneously to print a diagnostic page.
  2. Check for error codes on the printed page.

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Hey @Cdeluna,

Thank you for your response

Could you try the following steps and see if the issue persists:

Reset the printer.

  • Press the power button to turn off the printer. If the printer does not turn off, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and to the printer.
  • Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
