If your HP Smart Tank 790 printer has stopped feeding pages and displays a Paper Jam error, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Possible Jam Locations
- Input tray area
- Inside the printer
- Rear of the printer
- Document feeder
Clear Jammed Paper from Inside the Printer
Lift the ink access door.
