Hello there,

 

I have recently replaced the imaging drum on the printer and ever since the paper is jamming. I had to get paper out the back of the printer and the green clip flew off, i have it back on but it isnt springy if that makes sense?

I am wondering if that has anything to so with it?

I took out the drum and replaced everything back but i did notice that all the printing ink is on the imaging drum....Its driving me crazy so if anyone can be of any help?
