I understand you are facing a PRINT JAM issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To assist better:
- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

If it jams in the same place every time then i would closely inspect that area for a broken paper guide or missing star rollers or even a piece of label stuck to the paper guides.

Step 1: Remove loose paper from the paper trays
Remove any loose paper from the paper trays, but do not remove any jammed paper during this step.
Pull out Tray 1, and then remove any loose sheets of paper from the tray.

Pull out Tray 2 (if installed), and then remove any loose sheets of paper from the tray.

Remove any loose sheets of paper from the output tray.
