Product: HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2878 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I PURCASED A HP PRINTER MODEL HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 2878 THROUGH FLIPKART INDIA BY PAYING RS.6099/- IN SEPTEMBER 2024. THE FIRST DELIVERED WAS NOT WORKING i.e DOA(DEAD ON ARRIVAL). I RAISED A COMPLAINT TO HP AND TO FLIPKART ON THE SAME DAY. THE ENGINEER OF HP (ON CONTRACT BASIS) VISITED AFTER 5 DAYS OF MY COMPLAINT THAT ALSO BY NUMEROUS CALLS. THE VISITED ENGINEER CONFIRMED THAT IT IS A DEFECTIVE PRINTER AND CAN NOT BE REPAIRED. HE SAID HE REPORT TO HIS OFFICE HEAD REGARDING THIS AND HE TOLD THAT HP WILL REPLACE IT. I GOT THE REPLACEMENT AFTER 25 DAYS FROM MY INVOICE DATE. NOW AGAIN THE PRINTER IS NOT WORKING AND I RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 07-01-2025. TILL DATE THE PRINTER IS NOT REPAIRED AND THNERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. ON DATE I HAVE BEEN INFORME BY THEIR CUSTOMER CARE MADAM.SALOMI THAT THE CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED. THIS IS HOW THE CONSUMERS ARE CHEATED BY THIS BIG COMPANIES. HENCE I AM RAISING THIS COMPLAINT AND REQUEST YOU TO ACT AGAINST THE COMPANY
