Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, when i print double sided using the duplex the second side prints twisted i.e not straight on the page like the first side. Any ideas?

Please follow the instructions in Step 4  in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-m118-m119-series/21996892/document/c06148526 to clean the paper feed rollers

 

Also ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Typically when duplexing HP printers print side 2 first and then side 1, so if side 1 is twisted you have an issue related to when the paper refeeds into the printer. Check closely on the paper path for any misplaced rollers or debris such as part of label. If this started recently after a jam then there is a good possibility that you have some debris in the duplex path.
