HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer

The little piece that sticks out that helps catch the paper after printing. I either can't get it to come out on it's own or it always stays out.

 

Isn't this supposed to work automatically?

 

 

If so, does anyone have a solution to get this working correctly again?
