Last night I printed a label from tray 2 onto label paper.   I have had no issues with this in the past.  The page went through just fine, but failed to fully push out into the tray.  It showed a paper jam.  I very easily pulled the paper out carefully the rest of the way, and it was barely stuck less than an inch left to come out.  However, now it is still registering a paper jam.

I have opened trays 1, 2 and the back.  There is no paper.  There were no missing parts from the labels page, making me think none got stuck in the machine.

I have tried doing a 2-3 minute power unplug reset complete with removing ink catridges.

I'm lost on what else to do.

Please help.
