Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I keep getting a message that there is a paper. I checked the printer inside and out and I couldn't find anything jammed. yet the message is still there and I can't print

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Paper Jam' Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
