Paper Jam

HP Recommended
HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e

Hello. My printer is less then 2 months old and I have printed less then 50 pages. I got a paper jam (we think because I reinserted a blank page that the printer had given off after last print job. We were able to extract it but it keeps happening. We have replaced all paper, this did not help. Every print job creates a paper jam. After reading other questions on this forum -thinking might clean print heads —but this is practically brand new. I can’t imagine this is the problem. Please help

@HelpingMyMom

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

If you have already performed the steps from the document paper jam Errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps!
