HP Recommended

Hello! My printer is having issues with the paper feeding in properly, which causes the paper to jam. Nothing has changed with the paper type or anything else. We use the printer a couple of times of a month with no issues prior. I've tried checking out the rollers which don't appear to have any issues and I've also tried to clean them as best as I can to see if that would resolve the issue. We've only had this printer for about 2 years, so I am unsure what is happening.
