HP ENVY 5020 All-in-One Printer

I am fed up with the printer feeding paper incorrectly and resulting in paper jams. This is costing me ink pages from my tariff

OK -

If you have not done so...

 

Clean the ADF

 Automatic document feeder does not pick paper or feeds too many sheets

 

Clean the inside rollers

Paper Jam Error

 

Make sure the paper is not contributing to the issue

Paper too dry / too damp / not flat / damaged / incorrectly stored / “old”
