HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

My paper is not going thru, it will pick the intial part but will not move the paper to the upper part to be printed and it get stuck in the roller. I had reset, I had clean the roller but nothing look like is working. Is very frustrating because there is no other way to work this out. Any help?

Hi @ivonnerivera,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

You mentioned that your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer starts to pick up the paper but then gets stuck in the rollers and does not feed through. You’ve already tried resetting and cleaning the rollers, but the issue persists.

Check Paper Condition & Loading

Make sure you are using clean, dry, plain white paper (not curled, wrinkled, or damp).

Load the paper stack properly and adjust the paper guides so they touch the edges of the stack without bending it.

Clean the Rollers Thoroughly

Open the rear access door or duplexer and clean all visible rollers with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.

Rotate the rollers manually while cleaning to remove dust or paper residue.

Run Printer Maintenance

Open the HP Smart app → select your printer → go to Printer Maintenance and run the Clean Paper Feed Rollers tool (if available).

Check for Obstructions

Look inside the paper path with a flashlight for any small pieces of torn paper, labels, or debris that might block the rollers.

Reset the Printer

With the printer powered on, unplug the power cord for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on again.

I hope this helps.
