HP DeskJet 2622 All-in-One Printer

My printer feeds only one side of the paper down then it stops. There is nothing jamming. However when I look at the roller one side looks lopsided and like it isn’t sitting correctly in it’s space any advice to fix this

I see that you are facing paper feed issues issues with your HP DeskJet 2622 All-In-One Printer.

Please follow the steps below to clean the printer's paper rollers with an automated tool.

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Remove any paper from the input tray.
  3. Press and hold the Power button, press the Cancel button three times, press the Start Color Copy button seven times, and then release the Power button.
  4. The printer makes noise for approximately one minute while cleaning the paper rollers.

You may also refer to the steps in this document.

Let me know if this works and have a good day.
