Hi @Arnoy

Welcome to the HP Support Community! Thanks for posting your query!

We're here to help you get back up and running.

I’m sorry you’re still running into this paper detection problem after all the effort you’ve already put in. Since you’ve tried cleaning and checking for obstructions, let’s slow down and narrow things down carefully before jumping into more steps.

To better understand the situation, could you share a bit more detail:

  • Which printer model are you using?
  • Does the printer show a specific error message or code when it fails to detect paper, or does it just stay idle?
  • Are you loading plain paper, photo paper, or another type? And what size/weight is it?
  • Does the printer fail to detect paper in all trays, or only one?
  • When you insert paper, do you feel the rollers pulling it in at all, or is there no movement?

These details will help isolate whether the issue is mechanical (like rollers or sensors), paper type/size compatibility, or something software-related.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
