Product: Laserjet M401
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

I'm dealing with an M401dn that is jamming on duplex print jobs regularly.  It will print single sided print jobs without issue.  The paper has to be remove via the back door and Printer turned off and on again. What could be the reason and how may I solve this?

Known fuser issue that causes duplex jamming and likely you can only resolve the issue by replacing the fuser.

Hey, thanks for your prompt answer. Though, I doubt that our helpdesk in the office will replace the fuser. Instead I might order a new printer. Was hoping it might be something that I could easily fix by myself.
