Hi @UttamM,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding paper jam issues on the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Turn Off Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
Remove the Jammed Paper:
- Open the printer’s access door.
- Carefully remove any jammed paper, avoiding tearing the paper.
- Ensure that no small, torn pieces of paper remain inside the printer.
Check Paper Path:
- Inspect the entire paper path including the input tray, output tray, and inside the printer.
- Remove any foreign objects or debris that might be obstructing the paper path.
Inspect and Clean Rollers:
- Check the rollers for wear or buildup.
- Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water.
- Rotate the rollers to ensure they are free to move without obstruction.
Check Paper Settings:
- Ensure you are using the correct type and size of paper specified for your printer.
- Make sure paper is loaded correctly in the input tray and is not exceeding the maximum capacity.
Perform a Printer Reset:
- Plug the printer back into the power outlet and turn it on.
- Wait for the printer to initialize.
- Perform a hard reset:
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer while it is still powered on.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
- Turn the printer on.
I hope this helps.
