Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-One Printer

As soon as I turn on my printer I get a document feeder error. I’ve tried all the help videos in the forum and still get the error. I’ve cleaned the rollers and dusted inside the printer. Apparently you have support personnel that chat on Facebook messenger and I had an agent troubleshooting and ultimately wanted me to send my printer in while sending me a new printer but he needed my credit card as collateral. That sounded fishy to me and I did not feel comfortable providing my CC info as “collateral.” I will gladly send my printer in to get fixed but I will not offer my CC info.
