Hello Frances1969,

Thank you for sharing your concern.

For HP Envy 7155 printer for addressing paper jams. However, here's a general guide you can follow for similar HP Envy models:

Turn Off the Printer: Before you begin, ensure that your printer is turned off and unplugged to avoid any risk of electric shock.

Access the Back of the Printer: Move to the rear side of the printer where the rear door or panel is located.

Open the Rear Access Door:

Look for a tab or latch that holds the rear door in place.
Carefully press down or slide the latch to release the door.
Gently pull the door open to access the inside of the printer.
Clear the Paper Jam:

Inspect the area for any jammed paper.
Carefully remove the jammed paper by pulling it straight out to prevent any tearing.
Make sure there are no small pieces of paper left inside.
Close the Rear Door:

Once you have cleared the jammed paper, close the rear access door by aligning it back into its position and pressing it until it snaps securely into place.
Turn On the Printer: Plug the printer back in and turn it on to check if the issue is resolved.

If you continue to experience problems or if these steps do not align with your printer model, please refer to the user manual https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05633496.pdf

Please let us know if this resolve the issue.
