HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g

Hi!  I keep getting a message that says out of paper when there is paper.  When I reset the paper tray and push start to align and print it pulls the paper up partially and then gives me the message saying out of paper.  I have checked all other areas to see if paper is jammed and it is not as far as I can see.  I have powered down and unplugged with no luck as well.  At this point I'm not sure what else to do...any suggestions?

I understand that you are having issues with the paper jam.

 

Note: Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The following steps apply to both real and false paper jams.

 

You may refer to this document, follow the instructions, and see if that helps.
