HP ENVY 5532 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer is displaying a paper jam message, but I have cleared the paper jam and checked for no remnants of paper, cleaned the rollers etc. (as advised). The message is still there and I cannot use my printer. I have removed cable and left it for half an hour, have tipped it upside down and gently shaken it. Still no joy. Please someone save me.

Hi @SarahDB-22,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I can imagine how frustrating this must be, especially after you've already tried all those steps. Let's work together to get your printer back up and running.

Note: Paper jams can be real or false. The printer might report a paper jam even when there is no jammed paper. The following steps apply to both real and false paper jams.

Step 1: Clear any jammed paper from the printer

Paper jams can occur in multiple areas of the printer. If you cannot find the paper jam in one area, continue to the next area until you locate the jam.

Click here to see if you have completed all the steps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
