HP Officejet Pro L7780 All-in-One Printer

Printer paper jam, HP OfficeJet Pro L7780.

First, thank  you so much for responding to my printer issue of a paper jam.  This printer has worked perfectly for years.....my favorite of 3 printers.

I have photos of the paper jam and photo of 3 parts that were in the bottom tray in the back after I removed the paper from the bottom tray and lifted the printer off the bottom paper tray.  Not sure if these parts not in their position could be the cause of the jam???

Hi @carolinablue1

Sometimes the rollers that are back in the printer are dusty and needs some cleaning.

I did clean all of the rollers as directed but that did not resolve the paper jam issue.

Did you receive my last reply with photos of the paper jam AND......that of the 3 parts that appear to have come off off the printer and dropped into the bottom paper tray (legal)???

I suspect one or all of these parts maybe the cause of the paper jam?
