Paper jam

HP Recommended
Ink Tank wireless 415
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

everytime I print a fair amount of papers (A4) about 20-30 pages (one-sided or two-sided) I get paper jam halfway through and the jammed paper comes out as blank (jam is resolved automatically) but then the next page to be printed isn’t a corrected version of the jammed paper but page 1!!!! the printing process restarts again from page 1!!! I have lost over 40 papers due to this. Can someone please tell me what to do?!??

Hi @OmarOmran144,

I'd like to help!

Let's try a power reset on the printer

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
