Product: HP ENVY 5547 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi

I have seen this very same problem from other users, Ive followed the solutions but had no joy.

In shirt,  the printer is showing up as paper jam there's no paper anywhere in the printer and when it tries to print, there is a grinding noise

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
