Unfortunately, you shared your product serial number when you used it as your UserID.

This is considered private information -- scammers tend to collect such data for nefarious purposes.

It did allow me to find a model number for your printer that corresponds to a DeskJet.

HP Authorized Service Centers, even if there were one in your area, are dedicated to commercial products.

HP Support does not normally accept repair submission requests for out-of-Warranty products.

If you can find a local repair shop in your area, town, or county / parish, consider calling the shop to ask whether they want to take a look at the printer.   If the tech is willing to check, try to get a cost estimate for the inspection -- DeskJet printers are economy / entry level devices -- just the inspection cost could be more than a replacement printer.
