Paper jaming when printing

HP Recommended
DeskJet 2710

When I try to print my paper keeps on jaming while "inserting" and it doesn't stop. Multiple papers keeps getting stuck and ruined. The paper doesn't go all the way in but gets stuck like halfway down. And when the paper goes down to print it gets jammed inside the machine making it hard to get out.

@TPanda, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Ensure you're using the paper type and size that is supported by the printer. Refer to the document Product Specifications for the HP DeskJet 2710 All-in-One Printer (5AR83B) for help.

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'E4' Error Displays (Paper Jam) and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
