Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I need help because I bought an HP 3302 MPF and each time i try to do a digital copy (using the tray on the top) the paper keeps jamming once the paper enters.

 

Anyone with this issue ? Can someone help me ?

HP Recommended

Check the leading edge of the original you are trying to copy, and examine where it stops.
