I have not used this printer that much - occasionally- at home, not for work. The manual says last resort is to “clean”. How do I do that? What do I clean? Bought in 12/20

How to find available Paper Jam document(s) for your printer model

 

Open the printer Home Page

 Product Home

Enter the type and name of your HP device

Next,

Open Category Troubleshooting

If the Paper Jam document is not listed on the main menu,

Select Category Jams and Feed Problems (exact wording might vary)

Open the read the document(s) provided for your printer model
