We are a Peer-to-Peer Forum for people who use HP Technology.
If the printer has never worked, not even when it was new, correctly set up, and loaded with supported paper, then the chances are that it won't work now. If the printer is in Warranty, contact HP Support.
If the problem is one that has started over time, that is, the printer used to load paper and now it cannot do so, then the printer might be in need of maintenance (cleaning), different paper, or the common power reset found in the Troubleshooting documents.
