HP ENVY Photo 7134 All-in-One Printer

Hello, my printer was working fine until yesterday when it suddenly had a paper jam. I cleared that by removing the panel inside but now every print job jams up. The paper no longer feeds to the printer - It pulls it up but doesnt push it through to the bit where the cartridges do the printing, if that makes sense. It still tries to print for a few lines, then realises there is a jam and stops. I have restarted it, looked for any debris that might be blocking the rollers but cant see anything. Any help to fix this would be appreciated!

Thank you!

Hi @drix,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing paper jam issues with your HP printer.

Please follow the steps below to perform a reset on the unit:

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
6. Turn on the printer and try printing.

You may also refer to the steps in this document.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
