M2026W works okay for 15-20 sheets then stops picking up the paper, checked all the normal issues, reloaded the paper, fanned it tried differant paper all with the same issue. Can hear and see the roller working but not connecting with the paper.
Lived with the issue whilst only printing 2 or 3 sheets but current print 117 pages, stops after 15.

Sounds like the pickup roller is either dirty or worn. Have you tried cleaning the roller with a damp lint free cloth?

Thanks for the reply, printer not used that often so don't think the roller worn. Have cleaned the front roller, improved the pickup of paper but still not a perfect pickup i'm assuming the rear roller is the pickup one. .
Will try and clean the rear one more thoroughly.
Thanks
