HP OfficeJet 8012e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all ,

I have an ongoing problem with my printer. In the beginning it worked perfectly but in the last couple of months I encounter often problems related to paper.

1. Out of paper, when paper is loaded.

2. Prints many blank paper in betwreen when there is a print order of more pages.

3. Paper get stuck.

4. Printer says paper is stuck when in fact there is no paper stuck.

I have tried to reset, clean, change type of paper etc.

The problem however remains.

What to do?

Many thanks
