Seriously, find the gear or create a 3d of a gear isn't the real issue. If you are HP, then you know how expensive it would be to actually take apart the entire printer to even be able to put the gear back in (even if you could 3d it).  This is like spending more money than buying a new printer without knowing if it will be successful.  I recycled the printer already so this thread can end.
