@Wuzia, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Paper Curling Issues in HP DeskJet 3630!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Paper curling can be caused by factors such as humidity, paper storage conditions, or improper loading. Here's how you can address the issue:

1. Check Paper Type and Quality

  • Ensure you're using paper that is appropriate for your printer. HP recommends using high-quality HP paper or papers that adhere to the ColorLok® standard.
  • Make sure the paper is flat and not curled prior to loading it into the printer.

2. Ensure Proper Loading of Paper

  • Load the paper correctly in the input tray with the print side (usually the smoother or glossier side) facing up.
  • If you are using specialty paper (e.g., photo paper), make sure it is loaded correctly based on the printer's instructions.

Proper Loading of Paper

3. Adjust the Environment

  • Humidity can cause paper to curl. Ensure that the printer is located in an environment within the recommended humidity levels (15% to 80% RH non-condensing).

4. Use the Correct Paper Settings

  • Check the print settings to ensure they match the type of paper you are using. This can often be adjusted in your printing software or printer driver settings.

5. Remove and Reload Paper

  • Remove the paper from the input tray, straighten the stack, and reload it.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
