NEW LaserJet Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There are tiny pieces of paper stuck at the back of the printer. I cannot get them out. Have not been able to use the BRAND NEW PRINTER in a month. No one answers in the CHAT or anywhere else!! I wish that I had never purchased this printer!

First thing: Which printer do you have? Depending on the jam and the model, some require disassembly to safely remove some types of jams. Some more details or a picture would help me to help you better.

I do not think that the picture sent correctly. The tiny pieces of paper are in the back of the printer only

HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281  I have the exact same problem.  picture looks like the backof my printer wher the pices of paper are stuck except I cant see the paper but I kniw its in there...about  page.  how do i ger it out?

I unplugged the computer for a bit then plugged it  back in. The paper moved back up to the front of the computer and I could pull it out successfully from there instead of the back where the picture is taken. The HP tech said to use tweezers or toothpicks. I tried tweezers but was nervous that the toothpicks would break off in the printer and I would be worse off.
