Paper tray gets stuck

My issue is not a paper jam, but that was the closest option to pick in the choices for product issue. The paper tray is difficult to pull out and to put back in after putting paper in.  My old HP printer had no issue like this-paper tray slid in and out easily, but this one seems to get stuck. I can't see anything it might be catching on. Is this a common problem? I just got it and thinking of taking it back. It shouldn't be so difficult to add paper to the tray.

I understand that the paper tray is getting stuck after loading the paper.

This seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
