Product: HP Color Laser 150nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The paper is getting sent into the printer, the paper is getting text on it just fine, though as soon as the paper is about to leave the printer, it cannot leave.
I am near confident the the paper is getting clogged and crumpled up as it enters the fuser. This paper jam happens ever single time that I go to print. I know for a near fact that there is nothing blocking the paper from leaving the fuser. This leaves me to believe that the fuser is not spinning even though the printer printed a couple of times before this happened.
I really need these papers printed, though I have no idea on how to fix this.
