my printer keeps telling me to load paper for 5x7 cardstock invitations and there is paper already loaded. Ive changed settings and restarted both printer and computer.

Hello
May I ask what model of printer you have?
Are you referring to the printer having no response after loading 5x7 inch cardboard, or the printer having a rubbing motion and noise but not feeding?
Also, please confirm if printing on regular A4 paper is normal?
