Printer Error Code 13.09.14. I know for sure there is no paper jam and need to reset the error code

Have powered on and off. Have replaced the transfer belt assembly so know there is no paper jam

Have you check to ensure you do not have a piece of paper wrapped around the fuser? It is hard to see on this model of printer and you need to look closely. Fuser is located at back of printer, open the back door and it is behind the black panel at the top.

Thank you for your reply. I think I might see something. Do I need to take the screws out and the black panel.

You need to remove the left and right sides and then you can remove the back.
