HP Recommended

Hello, I need help I’ve had a HP printer for about 2 years for school. It’s been working nicely until December where it states that there is paper stuck in it but when I check it nothing is stuck. I am not sure how to fix it. I tried unplugging it thinking maybe it was just not working properly but nothing . Tried switching it off and on and nothing I’m not sure what else to do?

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
