Tonight I tried to print a bundle of 10 double sided pages off but the printer jammed. I then tried it another 4 times before finally getting it to work and not jamming.
When I checked my HP Smart overview, it is now telling me I have printed 52 pages tonight so it has registered additional pages and put me over my allocated 100 pages.
How can I get these wiped from my profile? I can't seem to find an option to speak to anyone other than a virtual assistant and they are no use.
Thanks
