Printer Not Printing From Computer

Print commands from computer will not get through to printer. When my fiance prints from her Macbook, the printer gives the "no paper" error. When I try from my Windows computer, I get the "Error - Printing" message in the printer control center. However, I am able to print demo pages from the printer, the printer does not have connectivity issues, and the printer is able to scan and print copies of documents. The only issue we are running into is printing from either of our computers. I have downloaded the HP Smart app and still have the issue. All drivers seem to be up to date and I don't really know where else to go with this issue.

Before printing, please first check the sheet size that you intend to print with the size of the printer sheet cassette, which is not different. The file size of your file should not differ from the size defined for the printer cassette.
