Hi @Krmod0607,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

Paper feed issues are usually mechanical rather than software‑related, so let’s go step by step to clear the jams and restore smooth feeding:

Check paper quality

Use clean, flat sheets. Bent, curled, or damp paper often causes jams.

Align paper guides

Make sure the side guides are snug against the stack without squeezing it. Loose guides let paper skew and jam.

Clean pickup rollers

Dust or ink residue on rollers prevents proper grip. Use a lint‑free cloth lightly dampened with distilled water to wipe them.

Load fewer sheets

Overloading the tray can cause jams. Try 10–20 sheets at a time to test.

Reset the printer

power off, unplug for 60 seconds, then restart. This clears sensor errors.

I hope this helps

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi
