Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I need some help from HP support to fix a feed issue that seems to have developed on my printer. The printer is pulling in heavier weight papers (cardstock) too far by 1-3 inches and cutting off the end of each print job because it is starting too far on each paper. I have tried realigning the printer heads, restoring to factory settings, and cleaning the rollers, all with no luck. I found the below link that seems to describe a very similar problem but the solution is not available because HP has removed it. I would like for someone from HP to email me if possible with this solution or if there is another one then whatever that would be so I can try to get back to my print jobs.
