Printer Problem Out Of Paper

HP Recommended
Hp Envy All-In-One 6232

Hello everyone, i got an HP All-In-One ENVY 6232 and i got the message "out of paper". i searched the problem on the internet and i've done all the steps but it keeps the same problem. I tried to unplug the power cable then after 60 sec plugged in again but no results.

Also, i didn't clean the little plastic things that picks up paper like mentitioned in the FAQ article because, it doesn't clearly pick up the paper. When i try copy it works fine. Paper is picked up, but when i try to print something on my PC says "out of paper".

Printer is connected to my PC by USB.

How can i do ? I tried also to restart printer spoooler by windows services.

Thank You.

PS. im italian, sorry for my bad english
