HP OFFICEJET PRO 9025

Hello,

my printer has not had any issues but last night it stopped printing and said "The print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door and clear any paper jam or obstruction." My boyfriend and I did this (there was no paper jam) and we even turned it off for 3 minutes and turned it back on- opened different compartments and tried to reset it but it keeps saying the same message and will not move. We can't get the cartridge to move over and tried re -setting it- and nothing it blocking or hindering it. It has not been used a ton and is 1.5  years old (fairly new) so I don't know what to do! please help someone! :

Hi @jackie1079,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Carriage jam or E3 error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
